Peak Automatic Gates & Fencing began the way most good trades do — on the tools. After years installing and repairing gate systems across East Anglia, we kept seeing the same two problems: gates fitted quickly and cheaply that failed within a couple of winters, and homeowners left waiting days for a call back when their gate stuck shut. We started Peak to do it properly.
For us, installation quality isn't a slogan — it's the hinges we choose, the depth we set the posts, the cable we bury, and the force-testing we do before we hand you the remote. Every gate we fit is built to swing smoothly through Suffolk weather for years, and every automation system is installed with safety edges and photocells as standard, never as an extra.
And because a gate is something you use every single day, client care doesn't stop at handover. The person who surveys your job is the person who installs it, and the person who answers the phone when you need us afterwards. When you call, you speak to someone who knows your gate — that's the way we'd want to be treated, so it's the way we work.
